The Pitchfork Disney is a 1991 dark, psychological play by Philip Ridley. 

It follows twin adult recluses, Presley and Haley Stray, who have isolated themselves in a squalid East End flat for a decade following a childhood trauma. Living on a diet of chocolate and their dead parents' medicine, their fragile, shared fantasy world is upended when Presley invites a sinister, cockroach-eating entertainer named Cosmo Disney inside.
