CONCESSIONARY TICKETS

Where tickets at a concessionary rate are available for events at Artrix, the concessionary ticket prices will be shown in the Prices tab on the website (if no concessionary rate is quoted, all tickets will be at full price)

Concessionary tickets may be available for children (under 16), senior citizens (over 60), registered disabled and those on benefits.  Proof of eligibility is required.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Artrix is a cashless business, accepting payment by CARD ONLY on both the Bar and the Box Office.  We accept all major credit and debit cards.

TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancelled show
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged to other non-related productions. However, if a production is running over several shows (e.g. panto) and seats are available at the same price, tickets can be moved at an exchange fee of £3.00 per transaction.
  • Information contained on the Artrix website is correct at the time of going live. Unforeseen circumstances, however, may result in changes to the published programme or named performers.  Please check with Box Office.
  • Duty Managers retain the right to refuse admission and latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
  • Photography/audio-visual recording during a performance may be prohibited – please refer to announcements by the Duty Manager before commencement of the show
  • If a performance is cancelled or abandoned for reasons beyond the venue’s control, liability is limited to the price of the ticket.
  • Children over 18 months must have their own ticket/seat – this is due to fire regulations
  • Babies in arms under 18 months are welcome in the venue, but parents should temporarily leave the auditorium to settle their child if they distract or disturb other members of the audience. Pushchairs cannot be taken into the auditorium and parents should ask staff regarding storage during a performance (these items are left at the owner’s risk)
  • Pyrotechnics or strobe lighting – please ask if this is a concern for you.
  • For tickets sold on behalf of a third party, the ticket outlet is acting merely as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by ticketholders if the event does not take place in whole or in part as advertised.

FEES

The following fees apply to shows that go on sale on or after 1st April 2024:

IN PERSON - Tickets bought in person at the Box Office are subject to a booking fee of £2.50 per production booked in each transaction (this is to cover processing costs)

OVER THE PHONE - Tickets bought over the phone are subject to a booking fee of £2.50 per production booked in each transaction (this is to cover processing costs and the cost of the ticketing system which provides the highest level of confidentiality and data protection)
