Jordan and Cian Adams from Redditch are better known as The FTD Brothers.
FTD stands for frontotemporal dementia - it's the condition that took the life of their mother, and both Jordan and Cian have the rare gene that causes FTD.
Their fundraising exploits have made the headlines all over the world - back in April they ran 33 marathons in 33 days and have raised nearly £2 million in the process.
BBC Hereford & Worcester is proud to host An Audience with the FTD Brothers at Bromsgrove's Artrix Theatre. Jordan and Cian will be talking to Tammy Gooding about their amazing fundraising, stamina and determination. There'll be special guests, surprises and your chance to put a question to Redditch's fundraising heroes.
